Korean Race Queen model Choi Ji Hyang

Oh Yoon-ah (Hangul, born October 14, 1980 in Ulsan, South Korea) is a South Korean actress, model and a former hot race queen. She made her debut in 2000 by winning the first Cyber Race Queen Contest. She became famous as a race queen among people. She recently made an appearance in the TV series Alone in Love, with Son Ye Jin and Gam Wu-seong. Her current acting role is in the mini-series Mr. Goodbye, as a doctor involved in a love triangle with Ahn Jae Wook and Lee Bo Young.

The term is also used outside of Japan in South Korea, China and other Asian nations. The Korean term for a race queen is a "racing girl". Racing girls appear in motor shows and racing events. In Thailand they are known as "pretties" and they are used extensively at events ranging from the Bangkok International Motor Shows to minor events such as openings of shopping centers. There are businesses dedicated to recruiting and providing pretties for events, classifying them into several categories according to skills and experience. A pretty-presenter does product presentations; a pretty-dancer is part of a dance group at a manufacturer's booth; a plain pretty just stands and hands out promotional materials. Wages are lucrative for the most attractive and experienced pretties, several times what they would normally earn in an office job
